Will Our Future Bring Heaven Or Hell To Humanity?
As the years go on, the realm of different possible futures continues to expand with our growing knowledge about the universe around us. Paradigm shift is a word thrown around a lot in business, however it has not always been a mere buzz word. The original use of the term was meant to be another way of referring revolutionary science, and was described as a change in the fundamental way we view ourselves and the world around us. Examples of paradigm shifts are the discoveries that the Earth is round, or that the Sun is the center of our solar system. As we move forward into our future, we’re going to start seeing more and more paradigm shifts take place. As a rule, these changes are difficult for us to grasp with any speed. Complications can range anywhere from a lack of research funding to religious zealots preventing scientific progress, claiming it goes against God. People stuck in the past or those who are not ready for what the future may bring will always stand in the way of those who are pushing for change, and while they may sometimes be right in their fears, most of the time they are hindering the inevitable future. In this post I will talk about two possible future scenarios that could take place after the next paradigm shift.
