About Me

Hi there! My name is Tyler Anderson, and I currently work as a software engineer for The Iconfactory. You can see some of my work in the iOS and Mac App Stores in the forms of Take Five ([iOS](http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/take-five/id361799359?mt=8) and [Mac](http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/take-five/id424437399?mt=12)), [Astronut](http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/astronut/id336015305?mt=8), and [Dine-O-Matic](http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/dine-o-matic/id391799993?mt=8). I have a love of beautiful user interface design, and try to bring that love into all the work that I do.

As for my hobbies, I’m very interested in various genres of music, television, and movies. I don’t create any of these things, but I know some people who do, and they’re awesome. I also am an avid comic book reader and science fiction geek. I grew up in Fargo, North Dakota and moved down to Elon, North Carolina in 1997. I went to college at Elon University, and graduated with a degree in both Computer Science and Computer Information Systems. I grew up using Apple computers, and have always been very technologically oriented.
